1) All applying members, once accepted, must undergo a 3 week trial period. At the end of this period, an officer review will be conducted to determine if the Initiate will be promoted.
2) Sergeant, Knight and Commander are nearly equivalent ranks. Initiates will be promoted to one of these ranks depending on their level. <60 Sergeant|60-69 Knight|70 Commander.
3) A member can be placed on probation (Acolyte) for misconduct. Misconduct includes but is not limited to abuse of withdraw privileges, abuse of other members, “ninja-ing” loot during runs (guild or otherwise) and consistent raid tardiness or negligence.
4) An acolyte can be removed from probation once the officers decide the misconduct will not be repeated.
5) A probative rank may be given to players who have been away from the game for a period greater than three months. This probation will be removed upon player’s return.
6) Please note: There are underage players in the guild that may be present during raids, so please monitor your language on Vent. (This also applies to general guild chat.)
7) During raids, Damage/DPS/Healing/Overhealing/etc meters are not to be linked except at times specified by the raid leader. This will prevent undue interruption of raid chat.
